Warranty & Return Policy

We make it easy to return your contact lenses!

To receive a full refund on the returned products, you must:

1. Contact us by phone, email, or live chat (Have your order number ready!) for a Return Authorization.
2. When your return has been approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (which you will use to send the contact lenses back to us) and a Return/Exchange form, which you will need to print, fill out, and include within your return package.
3. Your return must be received within 60 days of receiving your order.
